Budget ÷ CPC = Clicks × CVR = Enquiries × Close Rate × ATV ÷ Budget

Example: $800 ÷ $4.50 = 177 clicks × 2.5% = 4.4 enquiries × 20% × $3,200 = $2,816 ÷ $800 = 3.5× ROAS

Formula 09  —  Website ROI Multiple

Total Year 1 Digital Revenue ÷ Total Year 1 Digital Investment

Example: $114,000 revenue ÷ $18,000 investment (website + 12 months ads) = 6.3× ROI
